Payment for shipping and any applicable service fees must be completed before the package is shipped.
Personal shopping services are offered at $3,000 JMD per trip.
Customers are responsible for the cost of purchased items and shipping.
Alternatively, customers may purchase items themselves and use only our shipping service.
Packages must comply with all laws and regulations. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal substances, explosives, hazardous materials, and restricted goods.
Track Smart Shipping reserves the right to refuse any package at our discretion.
Packages are stored for free for up to 3 days after arrival at our facility.
Additional storage incurs a fee of $250 JMD per day per package.
Packages not picked up or shipped within a reasonable time may be subject to disposal.
Track Smart Shipping is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, or third-party carriers.
Customers should package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the value declared by the customer at the time of shipping.

If packages remain unclaimed after the notification period, they may be sold at auction or disposed of at Track Smart Shipping’s discretion.
Proceeds from auctioned packages, if any, will be used to cover storage fees, shipping costs, and any applicable service fees. Remaining balances, if any, will be returned to the customer according to our records.
