The dashboard provides real-time updates on the status of each package that was delivered to our U.S warehouse and takes you through the process each package has to go through before it is ready for pick up or delivery here in Jamaica.
We offer Free delivery in Spanish town. if you live or work anywhere in Spanish town then you can put in your request for delivery through our WhatsApp number 1876-364-5205 and received your package right at your doorstep.
Important information and package updates are sent to the email you use to sign up. Email is sent out important juncture of package journey from the point package has been delivered to our warehouse until the point it has been delivered to our pickup location here in Jamaica. Enjoy the convenience of your packages being available for pickup within 24 to 48 hours after it has been delivered to our U.S warehouse. To gain access to this service all you need to do is to login to your customer portal and select shipping address exactly as you see it on your dashboard to you preferred shopping site to be used whenever you made an order. Package that was delivered on weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day and 24 to 48 hours will not be applicable. packages delivered by 12 Pm on Monday gets shipped Tuesday, delivered by 12 PM on Tuesday it gets shipped Wednesday and then Thursday by 12 it gets shipped Friday.
We also have standard Air freight for person who are in no rush to receive their packages. This service usually takes 5 to 7 days after the package has been delivered to our warehouse. The service generally cost less than the express service but just as reliable and secure.
There is a Drop Box in place at our U.S warehouse. This is you facilitate packages that were delivered after closing hours, on the weekend or on a public holiday. Although the drop box is in place, package will not be updated to your dashboard until next business day at which time they will be processed to be shipped.

We accept payments through direct deposit, bank transfer and cash. Ensure when doing direct deposit or bank transfer the correct Track Smart Shipping number is attached to the receipt as a means to track and verify the payment. Our account information can be found on the bottom of all invoice and payments MUST be made before 9:00 am on the day delivery was requested. No Payment will be collected at any of our delivery location and NO delivery will be carried out is payment is not made in full by the specified time.
Unfortunately, invoices are not sent to your email. This was purposefully done. To find your total amount due all you have to do is log into your Swift Dreams Customer Portal. Once logged in you with see your total amount due as well as any store credit you may have earn. To find the invoice for a particular package you will have to scroll down until you find the package you are searching for, you then select that package which will bring you onto a next page that gives you detailed information on that package. On that page you will also find the invoice attached, select the invoice and it will prompt you to download it. Download and view as desired.
